• Support: something is not working, or you are not sure how something works.
• Your data: a request to see, export or delete what Traf holds about you. We action deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much faster. You can also delete your account yourself in the app, under Profile.
• Reports: a report you think was missed, or a decision you want to appeal. Reports made in the app are reviewed within 24 hours.
• Press, partnerships and prize leagues: if you would like your brand's vouchers in front of a league, say so here.
• Anything else.
